WV or compact LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required.
1 year of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience required.
ASAP start for qualified LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various medical settings such as internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and occupational health.
- Administer medications and treatments following prescribed orders.
- Perform airway management procedures as needed.
- Specialize in dementia care, pain management, and health coaching.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising healthcare provider.
