Position Overview:

As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in furthering Truth Technologies' legacy by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the compliance industry. Additionally, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, leveraging our worldwide experience and new offerings of our cloud-based platform to deliver unparalleled solutions. Your responsibilities will include understanding clients' compliance needs, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

  • Leverage Truth Technologies' brand with our new enterprise-ready cloud-based platform to identify and target new business opportunities within the compliance industry through market research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build upon Truth Technologies' longstanding client relationships, understanding their evolving compliance needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

3. Sales Presentations:

  • Showcase Truth Technologies' extensive industry expertise with our new cloud-based platform during effective sales presentations, demonstrating how our solutions meet clients' regulatory requirements.
  • Tailor presentations to address specific client compliance challenges and pain points, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

4. Negotiation and Closing:

  • Utilize the trust earned over 26 years and the added value of our new cloud-based platform to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to secure new business within multiple industry sectors.
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure contracts align with regulatory policies.

5. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance experts, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide valuable feedback from the compliance market to enhance our service offerings and further develop our new cloud-based platform.

6. Tradeshows and Industry Events:

Participate in tradeshows and industry events to promote Truth Technologies' solutions and expand our network within the compliance industry.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Leverage historical data to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and compliance opportunities using the company's CRM system.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and formulate strategic plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales role in financial sales.
  • Strong understanding of compliance services and the ability to articulate the value proposition of Truth Technologies' solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


**Preferred Qualifications (a plus):**

Proficiency in Spanish or French.

Demonstrated ability in compliance or financial sales.

**Compensation:**

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.

Uncapped commission structure based on achieved sales targets.
