Temp Hospitality B2B Business Development Consultant

Our client, a future focused, vegan fast food experience in NYC, is hiring a temp Hospitality B2B Business Development Consultant to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule. They're on a mission to redefine fast food by combining hospitality and tech and serving healthy, plant based meals. This is a temporary position that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Are you ready to join the revolution?
Job Duties Include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build and implement effective Business Development Representative programs locally and nationally
- Identify and create a list of prospective clients for B2B outreach initiatives
- Conducting creative B2B outreach
- Drip campaign copywriting, sending and follow up both in person and virtually
- Establish clear objectives, key results, and KPIs to measure the success of business development efforts
- Develop comprehensive strategies and tactics for B2B outreach, including both in-person and remote approaches
- Utilize expertise in lead generation to conduct thorough research, identify potential leads, and execute drip campaigns to nurture prospects and drive conversions
Job Qualifications Include:
- Proven experience in building out BDR programs on a local or national level
- Deep understanding of best practices and strategies for effective B2B business development
- CRM tool expertise to track leads, proposals, status etc
- Ability to drive driving measurable results and achieve organizational objectives
- Proven lead generation experience
- Negotiation and closing experience
- Account and client management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Salary: $45+/hr depending on experience
