Our client is a multi-national manufacturing organization seeking an HR Generalist to provide strategic HR support for their Williston site. As an HR department of one, you will work closely with the Site Manager and leadership to provide a full range of HR support including payroll processing. You will also interact with the North American VP of HR and participate on corporate projects.

The ideal candidate will have:


  • B.S. in Business or related field with 2 years of HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and pertinent experience.
  • Prior recruiting experience required – preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of two years of payroll processing experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
  • Excels at multitasking and managing competing priorities.
