The Role – SVP Marketing Sciences


As the SVP of Marketing Sciences, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and advancing best-in-class capabilities across both paid and owned media. You'll lead a team of talented data scientists and analysts, to develop innovative strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge analytic methodologies to drive measurable business success.
  • Champion the development of cross-agency capabilities, prioritizing privacy and pushing the boundaries of marketing sciences.
  • Provide visionary leadership to nurture and empower your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Utilize quantitative data to inform strategic business and marketing decisions, delivering unparalleled results.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to embed marketing sciences practices into core solutions, driving transformative change.
  • Create robust KPIs, learning agendas, and measurement plans that pave the way for actionable insights and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver compelling reporting and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive strategic growth.
  • Lead the charge in content development and executive-level presentations, positioning yourself as a thought leader in marketing analytics and data science.
  • Drive new business initiatives through active participation in pitches and strategic leadership contributions.


Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, showcasing your academic prowess and commitment to excellence.
  • A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in an advertising/marketing agency setting.
  • Expertise in digital analytics, database marketing principles, and statistical analysis, demonstrating your mastery of the craft.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, essential for navigating complex challenges and driving consensus.
  • Proven track record of successful management experience and talent development skills, highlighting your ability to inspire and lead teams to greatness.
