2.7 August Apparel, Inc. is a growing company with all kinds of styles for women. We are looking for self-motivated, career-oriented, and a passion for fashion individuals to join our team. We value driven individuals who are determined and possess the ability to energize others. The work requires substantial knowledge of the items sold and advertise our brand. You would answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms on the job. This is an opportunity for you to grow alongside our brand all the while learning valuable skills in this industry and in yourself.
Responsibilities
- Build & Maintain strong relationships with wholesale apparel buyers.
- Maintain detailed records regarding customer calls & meetings for future reference
- Leverage knowledge of promotions, new arrivals, & best-selling styles to advise client purchasing decision
- Oversee and manage the sales process at each stage for the customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain positive business.
- Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, and competitive offers in the market.
- Brand Management: promote a positive and professional image for our brand. You will wear the brand. Approx Specs: 5'6-5'8 Chest 34" - Waist 25" - Hips 32"
- Identify the customer's specific needs and provide tailored solutions that fit their wants.
- secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with an existing client base.
- Organize samples for the showroom
- Communicate proactively with clients and respond in a timely manner to all correspondence.
- Set sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them.
- Analyze market trends and customer demands to anticipate future sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process orders accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably within the fashion industry
- Computer knowledge – Word, Excel, Google Workplace, etc. – and data entry proficiency
- Positive attitude - have a positive can-do attitude every day
- Willingness to learn
- Strong sense of team building, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to prioritize and multitask
- A solid understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment details.
- Must be able to handle physical assertion
- Attention to Detail
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and build long-term relationships.
- Bilingual- English and Spanish
