As a family-run business experiencing very fast growth, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our reseller and wholesale account channel.

Job Overview: The Sales Manager - Reseller & Wholesale Accounts will be instrumental in managing and expanding our reseller and wholesale accounts. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with existing resellers, developing strategies to attract new ones, and ensuring that resellers receive the support they need to thrive. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise, technical knowledge, and strong relationship management skills, with the opportunity to grow into a sales leadership role within our expanding company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reseller Channel Growth:
- Proactively identify, onboard, and develop new reseller and wholesale accounts.
- Craft and implement effective strategies to boost sales volume and frequency within the reseller channel.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing resellers to ensure sustained growth and loyalty.
- Sales Support and Collaboration:
- Partner with the Technical Support team to ensure resellers receive timely and effective technical support.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge and market insights to design and execute targeted sales campaigns for resellers.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, including untapped regions and niche segments within the automotive aftermarket.
- Represent RoadActive Suspension at trade shows and industry events to network, promote products, and gather market intelligence.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends, providing regular, data-driven reports to leadership.
- Utilize insights to refine sales strategies, enhance reseller satisfaction, and drive overall channel performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years or more of proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the automotive aftermarket, trailer or RV industry. Experience in building and managing relationships with jobbers and resellers is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional relationship management, technical aptitude, analytical capabilities, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is required.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, solution-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative. A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications or training in sales management or technical support are advantageous.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for trade shows, industry events, and reseller meetings.
