Senior Account Executive - Property & Casualty Insurance


Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of various insurance products. As an Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. Working with clients on both a local and global level.
  • Working directly with Vice President of P&C.
  • Training and mentoring other individuals within the Property & Casualty department.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide clients with customized insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and coverage with underwriters to secure the best possible options for clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide policy information, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and review clients' insurance programs to ensure ongoing adequacy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience within P&C Insurance Field.
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Account Executive or similar role in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with insurance software systems.
