HRIS Specialist - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist to join a dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will focus on providing production support, conducting data input and auditing, performing system configurations, and generating reports. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes and Oracle functionality.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in HRIS and people operations.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle functionality, configuration, and reporting, particularly in Oracle Cloud Recruiting, Benefits, and Integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of employee life cycles related to HR internal processes (recruiting, career progressions, terminations, benefits, etc.) and their impact on HR technological strategy.
  • Experience testing and supporting Oracle upgrades, business processes, and reporting.

The HRIS Specialist's responsibilities will be:

  • Provide production support as an escalation point, researching and resolving system or integration issues, unexpected results, or process flaws.
  • Conduct data input (corrections/updates) and data auditing.
  • Perform basic system configurations.
  • Generate and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing available reporting tools to meet the organization's reporting requirements.
