What You’ll Do

As the HR Manager, you’ll be essential to building a positive, productive culture in our 24/7 manufacturing setting. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Leading change management and process implementation efforts.
  • Collaborating with HQ on strategic initiatives, while ensuring local HR needs are met.
  • Managing and growing a small HR team.
  • Flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekend support (rare but possible).
  • Traveling up to 5-10% to HQ or other sites.


To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing or warehousing (food industry experience is not required).
  • Expertise in change management, employee relations, and team building.
  • A collaborative approach and comfort in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
