- Manage HRIS and confidential records.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred.

- SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification preferred.

- Minimum of five years’ HR experience.

- Knowledge of labor laws and HRIS systems.

- Union labor relations and benefit administration experience preferred.

- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
