Who You Are:

  • A strategic HR professional with 5+ years of experience (preferably in manufacturing).
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and payroll processes.
  • A champion of compliance and a stickler for accuracy.


Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Experience in a non-organized manufacturing environment.
