Position Summary:

Provide management and oversight of personnel, programs, and products for Audiology for all Elevate ENT Partners locations. Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and business plans for the programs and products. Provide strong professional leadership to the staff and physicians in all facets of audiology service delivery to promote and enhance the mission of Elevate ENT Partners

Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Audio service line.

Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead and implement transformative strategies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes within the audiology practice.

Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline patient care and service delivery.

Develop and maintain audiology staff, including recruiting, hiring, training evaluation and termination of professional and technical employees.

Develop, implement, and evaluate business and marketing plans for audiology services and hearing aid sales.

Assist in development of capital and operating budgets for audiology department.

Monitor and approve all departmental expenditures.

Develop and implement reporting process to evaluate clinical and sales performance.

Maintain accurate records for sales reporting and marketing results. Utilize sales reporting to maintain informational flow to Elevate audiology staff and COO.

Participate in team development and coordination of facility expansion.

Represent the department in all management team activities for strategic, operational, and budgetary planning.

Coordinate and provide in-service and continuing education for professional audiology staff.

Promote and evaluate direct service delivery standards for diagnostic audiology services and hearing aid sales.

Provide direct and indirect supervision of clinical activities for professional and technical staff.

Routinely presents department performance to department staff, COO, and other senior leadership, as assigned.

Travel to each office, as needed, to provide guidance and leadership to site’s audiologists.

Provide direct service delivery as needed.

Uphold the code of conduct and compliance policies.




Supervisory Responsibility

This role has management responsibility for all Audiologists and Audiology Technicians throughout Elevate.

Required Education and Experience

Required: Master's Degree or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited university

At least five (5) years of experience in a clinical environment

At least two (2) years of clinical management experience

State licensure in audiology
