Position Overview:

As an Outside Sales Representative at Briggs Family Home Development, you'll be meeting with clients to design and develop exterior projects, guiding them through the insurance claims process, and negotiating contracts. You’ll advocate for the clients, offering consultative sales support and ensuring a smooth project experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and design custom exterior projects.
  • Develop and present contracts to clients, working to close sales in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guide clients through the insurance claims process, ensuring they understand each step.
  • Provide consultative support and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Manage a flexible schedule and maintain consistent communication with clients.
  • Generate leads during downtime and engage with clients


Compensation:


  • Commission-only with performance-based bonuses.
  • Unlimited earning potential based on sales and performance.
  • Yearly Earning Expectation between $70k-$150k
  • Benefits available to full-time employee: Health, Vision, Dental


Requirements:


  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a related field (construction, home improvement, insurance, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
