Detailed Description of Services:

The Communications Manager will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Director of Customer and Community Transition, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic communications and programs relevant to the roll out of the client’s new fare payment system. This role will help educate and support internal and external customers and communities. The Manager will also assist in the planning and execution of department projects, ad hoc administrative requests, and take on other administrative duties as needed.
