Job Summary


As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will lead the maintenance of our human resource management system (HRMS) and other systems supported by our HRIS team. Serving as the primary technical liaison for human resources, you will ensure data integrity, conduct data analysis, test system changes, write reports, and analyze data flows for process enhancements. Additionally, you will support HRMS upgrade projects and take the lead on patches, testing, and other technical initiatives as assigned.


The Senior HRIS Analyst will be based in our Houston Corporate office and may work remotely two (2) days a week.


Responsibilities


- Act as a bridge between Human Resources, IT, and Payroll, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

- Provide application support and maintenance by troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, and implementing resolutions.

- Develop and maintain a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.

- Assist in the development of standard reports to meet ongoing customer needs and maintain data integrity through queries and data audits.

- Support the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches.

- Document processes and outcomes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.

- Identify opportunities for process and customer service improvements, proposing innovative solutions and policy changes.

- Serve as a primary liaison with third-party vendors and other stakeholders, such as payroll providers.

- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support system usage.

- Oversee the governance of the system's database, ensuring its integrity and security.


Qualifications/Requirements


- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR roles, with at least one year of project management experience.

- Experience in systems implementation.


Desired/Preferred Qualifications


- Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, and ADP systems.
