What We Need


The Human Resources and Finance Manager is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing the financial management and HR functions of the company. The role involves strategic planning, budgeting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations as well as leading the HR function with talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, legal compliance and all other HR functions at Grand Image.


What You’ll Do


Human Resources:

·        Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and job offers.

·        Define and implement robust onboarding program for all new hires.

·        Manage employee relations, addressing issues such as conflict resolution, performance management and disciplinary actions.

·        Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate values.

·        Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, 401k and paid time off.

·        Collaborate with leadership to develop bi-monthly manager meeting content, coordinate training and employee development initiatives.

·        Monitor and manage employee records.

·        Collaborate with leadership and management team to improve employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.

·        Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align workforce strategy with business goals.

·        Review legal contracts as needed. Point of contact for our corporate legal team with regards to contracts, agreements and employment issues.



Finance:

·        Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

·        Prepare and manage annual budget, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.

·        Review, analyze and present financial reports. Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic business decisions.

·        Management of Accounting team.

·        Collaborate with sales team, and resolve escalations as needed.

·        Corporate insurance management.

·        Assist accountant in the preparation of annual tax filings.



What You Have


·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

·        Minimum of ten years of experience in a dual HR and Finance role.

·        Strong understanding of HR practices and financial management principles.

·        Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.

·        Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
