Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our company, from office to manufacturing operations. This individual will work closely with department leaders to ensure efficient production, streamline processes, and uphold the high standards that Element is known for. The Operations Manager will report directly to the President and play a key role in the strategic planning and day-to-day management of operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and meet production goals.
  • Implement operational strategies that align with company objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the operations team to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
  • Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align operations with business goals and drive growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make sound, strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in operational software and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Experience with implementing Lean processes
