Role Description


This is a contract hybrid role as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Forward Loans. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with their lending needs, evaluating mortgage applications, coordinating with underwriters, and providing exceptional customer service. While the role is primarily located in Phoenix, AZ, remote work is acceptable.


Qualifications


  • Experience in Loan Officers and Mortgage Industry
  • Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in loan documentation
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and software tools
