We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team at American Mortgage Network. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in preparing and validating loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and investor guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Preparation and Validation: Prepare and validate critical loan documentation in the Loan Origination System, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and investor guidelines.
  • Document Scanning and Uploading: Scan and upload documents in loan files to the loan origination system.
  • Loan File Review: Review loan files in detail, gathering documentation from borrowers and third-party vendors, and review Automated Underwriting System (AUS) findings accordingly.
  • Data Verification: Verify data in the Loan Origination System (LOS) to ensure accuracy and consistency with the loan file.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with all parties involved in the loan process, including Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closing Department, to ensure timely completion of loan files.
  • Efficient Loan Processing: Process a high volume of loans efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines, as well as proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection, and VA Portal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Encompass and strong knowledge of TRID and Compliance.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and ability to calculate all income, including self-employed borrowers.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of processing experience.
