JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues and defects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation and reports.
  • Provide training and support to project staff on QA/QC procedures and best practices.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Active DOD Secret clearance, DHS suitability, or TSA suitability for USSS contracts in Maryland.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Construction industry, preferably commercial buildings and facilities
  • Proven experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in a government or confidential project setting.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
