***This is an onsite role that cannot be performed remotely.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the administration and enrollment of all benefits for clients and their employees
  • Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments
  • Assist with the open enrollment process
  • Perform as a liaison between client employees and brokers
  • Provide benefit orientations and assisting employees with insurance related inquiries


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in high volume benefits enrollment
  • On the job understanding of health insurance, 401(k) and compensation programs
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in an onsite setting
