https :// Manages the HVACR maintenance program. Plans, schedules, and coordinates HVACR maintenance and repairs. Manages HVACR contracts with 3rd party service providers. Performs safety and performance related audits of HVACR contractors. Has a sound understanding of HVAC and Chiller/Refrigeration equipment. Holds the EPA Section 608 certification for the site.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance typical of comfort cooling/heating & process refrigeration
  • HVACR single point of contact for business units/asset owners.
  • Use CMMS(SAP) to plan and schedule HVAC work.
  • Create, change, and deactivate SAP maintenance plans.
  • Create purchase requisitions and approve invoices
  • Review equipment and repair quotes from approved contractors
  • Review and sign contractor timesheets and perform required contractor safety audits
  • Work with purchasing department to bid HVAC and refrigeration contract and provide technical expertise to business units/asset owners


Requirements:
  • High School education or equivalent is required for this role
  • Past HVAC and refrigeration experience preferred.
  • Experience obtained in an industrial or manufacturing environment, especially regulated by OSHA and EPA environments preferred.
