A small boutique medical office is looking for a customer service oriented professional to provide excellent administrative service to the office's Doctors and patients alike. This is a front facing and highly visible role.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and clients
  • Answer phones
  • Record Keep
  • Perform office administrative tasks such as document scanning
  • Manage physician's schedules
  • Maintain daily calendar of meetings
  • Assist patients with appointment times
  • Use computer software as needed


Qualifications:

Experience in a medical office is a MUST
