·         human resources coordination (including onboarding and scheduling of staff and volunteers), ·         facilities management (including managing regular monitoring, inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building and equipment and serving as liaison to our cybersecurity vendor), ·         supervision of clinic telephone personnel,·         quality assurance of telephone intakes,·         working as medical receptionist and performing insurance verification when regular staff are unavailable
