We're growing our Inside Sales Team in Charleston, Orangeburg, Beaufort, and Savannah


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in the waste or recycling industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

The Ideal Inside Sales Candidate Is:

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys engaging with potential customers over the phone or online
  • A proactive problem solver who helps customers identify and implement the best waste and recycling solutions
  • Highly motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, with an uncapped commission structure offering limitless financial growth

Inside Sales Representative Daily Activities:

  • Researching and prospecting new customers through phone calls, emails, and digital outreach
  • Cold calling to engage potential commercial customers and present Capital Waste Services as their ideal waste/recycling business partner
  • Utilizing consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Presenting and closing sales deals, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer onboarding experience
  • Managing post-sale administrative tasks, including service changes, customer inquiries, and contract follow-ups
  • Approximately 50% of your daily activities will involve prospecting, selling, and closing new business deals. The remaining 50% will be dedicated to managing and nurturing our current customer base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000+ OTE. $40,000 base pay per year + generous commission plan
