Jones Networking is recruiting for a Marketing Director to join a Construction / Design Firm in McLean, VA. Our client is seeking a strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the marketing vision for their firm. This role will lead the development, implementation and execution of a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy that aligns with their reputation for quality, innovation and client experiences. The Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand positioning, digital & traditional marketing campaigns, content strategy, social media, public relations and event marketing ensuring a cohesive approach across all platforms.


Director of Marketing Position Summary:

-Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a strategic marketing plan that supports the company's growth goals and enhances brand awareness among clientele in the luxury design-build home remodeling space.

-Brand Management: Shape and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity that reflects company values, a commitment to superior craftsmanship and client service, ensuring brand integrity across all touch points.

-Digital Marketing Leadership: Leverage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media and email campaigns to reach target clients and generate quality leads.

-Client Engagement: Create and manage content that resonates with target audience, emphasizing storytelling and visual appeal to highlight company expertise.

-Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and market research to inform marketing strategies, track campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Design and Operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with project timelines, sales goals and client expectations.

-Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement.


Qualifications Summary:

-Minimum 10 years experience in marketing. An emphasis on luxury brands, real estate, architecture or home design desired.

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.

-Proven track record of successfully leading high-impact marketing initiatives, driving brand growth and managing marketing budgets.

-Expertise in digital marketing, analytics and lead generation for high-value products or services.

-Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a compelling manner.

-Ability to think strategically while executing with a hands-on approach.
