Position Overview:

As the Content Marketing & Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging, top-tier content across social media, blogs, video, email, and text platforms. Your role is key to driving our content strategy, ensuring alignment with Proov’s mission and brand voice. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners while leveraging user-generated content (UGC) from Proov ambassadors to create authentic, customer-driven material.


This role demands a creative yet strategic approach to content development and a solid understanding of various marketing technologies. You’ll be expected to produce clear, compelling, and impactful content that resonates with both current and future consumers, to drive both engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality static, animated, and video content that aligns with Proov’s brand guidelines and is tailored for each platform.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Utilize analytics (SEO, social media metrics) to set goals, track performance, and refine content strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, design tools, and platform best practices to keep Proov ahead of the curve.
  • Campaign Execution: Contribute to the ideation and delivery of all marketing campaigns, including email and text flows, ensuring timely execution.
  • Content Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling and posting of all content, adhering to the content calendar.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address potential marketing challenges, ensuring smooth execution and implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of content marketing experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with key content creation and management tools such as Adobe Suite, Airtable, Klaviyo, Later, and others.
  • Creative Expertise: Strong skills in visual & verbal concepting, motion graphics, video editing, and design.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in women’s health, social media, and marketing.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective content and marketing solutions.
  • Self-Motivation: A driven, results-oriented professional who takes initiative and can work independently.
  • Project Management: Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze past performance and incorporate insights to drive future content strategies.
  • Clear Communication: Capable of interpreting and responding to both written and verbal briefs, simplifying complex ideas into engaging visuals.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive problem solver who can troubleshoot and learn new tools and systems independently.
