Job Title: Content and Community Executive

DaVita is seeking a highly skilled Content and Community Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications department, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall health and longevity of our intranet, the VillageWeb.

This role will play a critical part in our organization's migration efforts to a cloud-based intranet solution, implementation of a communications campaign management platform, and creation of a centralized web team responsible for cross-functionally maintaining content, governance, and the proper functioning of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of individuals responsible for maintaining content, governance, and the functioning of DaVita's intranet.
  • Drive migration efforts to a cloud-based intranet solution and collaborate with IT teams on technical intranet upgrades.
  • Lead the planning and execution of migration-related deliverables and adapt quickly to meet changing project needs.
  • Work closely with product owners to document technical business requirements.
  • Support the implementation of a communications campaign management platform.
  • Uphold the strategic vision for intranet improvements and enhancements to the overall digital user experience.
  • Work closely with intranet content owners across lanes to develop and enhance content and provide guidance around keywords, language, and metadata tags to improve search functionality.
  • Gain a deep understanding of current communications channels while collaborating with channel subject matter experts to shape the content management system user experience.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to improve page performance and content strategy.
  • Maintain message and design integrity on all intranet pages using DaVita's branding and style guide.
  • Monitor emerging web trends and best practices and develop plans for improving engagement with appropriate audiences.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in web, marketing, or communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience using various content management systems.
  • Proficient at editing, reporting, and project management.
  • Ability to take initiative, plan, prioritize, and independently execute the completion of all projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deliver with accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail within established deadlines.
  • Fierce collaborator, effective in managing relationships, and communicating with all levels of management, executives, and outside vendors.
  • AP style proficiency preferred.
