Job Description:


We currently have an opening for an acquisitions manager. This role plays support to our Vice President level acquisition team members.


Job Responsibilities:

●     Source acquisition opportunities

●     Research potential acquisitions consistent with the company’s long-term acquisition plan

●     Maintain mapping database

●     Maintain contact management system

●     Underwrite potential acquisition opportunities based on asset-specific inputs and requirements

●     Routinely perform competition analyses to determine appropriate offer prices for targeted land

●     Attend and assist management in potential seller meetings

●     Maintain tracking parcel search map of viable parcels as well as comparable transactions in surrounding areas

●     Generate market-specific competitive analyses and create deal presentation packages

●     Gather historical data pertinent to land being studied during preliminary evaluation

●     Conduct site-specific research, including community ordinances, zoning, general plans, special requirements of building, engineering and planning departments, wetlands impacts, soil impacts, flood zones, political considerations, easements, availability and capacity of utilities, etc.

●     Assist with all other duties and projects as directed by management

●     Maintain open communication with other division managers and team members and consultants to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.
