The Program
We are strong believers in developing talent from within. Being a part of Ranger's Sales & Account Management team means you are given the opportunity to manage your own sales territory, where you will be responsible for new business development and managing your own growing list of client relationships with the goal of driving business in the door. Excel in the role as a Top Sales Producer and advancement opportunities will present themselves to move into leadership as a Team Lead, Practice Director and ultimately an Executive Leader.
The Jr. Sales Account Manager Role
- Responsible for new business development activities- Prospecting, Cold and Warm Calling, as well as in-person and virtual presentations of Ranger's service offerings to target accounts.
- Ongoing relationship management with active accounts driving business opportunities.
- Analyze client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and co-workers.
- Partake in regular team-building activities such as philanthropic events, happy hours, and team/company gatherings.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of professional experience work experience in B2B sales working onsite in a commercial office selling largely by phone.
- 0-1 year of sales experience generating an average of 50+ outbound cold calls a day to sales prospects.
- 0-1 year experience successfully dealing with the challenges that come with new business development... Facing rejection, overcoming objections, successfully communicating value propositions, and maintaining a high level of confidence and assertiveness.
- Great telephone skills, as well as dynamic in-person and virtual relationship-building skills.
- Career-driven with a resilient and gritty personality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high performer who is driven by feedback and collaboration with peers and leadership to grow both personally and professionally.
- Highly motivated, and results-driven with strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
