Sr. Director, Customer Insights & Analytics

Boston, MA (Hybrid) - 3 day a week on-site requirement

I am partnered with a large biotech company looking for an analytical problem-solver to support the company's Alzheimer's franchise by providing data-driven insights to guide brand strategy. You will partner with the North American Leadership team to evaluate brand performance and answer complex business questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cross-functional projects across analytical functions such as primary market research, secondary data analytics, forecasting, and competitive intelligence
  • Manage allocated budget and work with key stakeholders to optimize resources and project efficiency
  • Source, manipulate, and visualize various data sets to produce insights and triangulate business issues
  • Present actionable insights and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Work cross functionally with the marketing, sales, and market access teams to guide brand strategy
  • Manage the relationship with external partners to develop forecasts and ensure brand excellence

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
  • Pharmaceutical consulting experience
  • Cross-functional leadership experience
  • Experience analyzing and manipulating commercial industry-standard data sets (ex. IQVIA, Symphony, Specialty Pharmacy, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA or Advanced Scientific Degree Preferred)
