Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for the network infrastructure.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize network security and connectivity using Cisco ASA and Meraki.
  • Optimize network performance and scalability using Cisco Nexus switching technology.
  • Assist in network refresh projects, with a focus on a data center refresh during the first 2 months.
  • Analyze network performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
  • Configure and maintain routing and switching protocols.
  • Oversee network connectivity for all network appliances, including mobile sites.
  • Monitor network infrastructure to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
