**Position Overview:**

Cargo Jet Logistics is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the logistics industry, with at least 3 years of verifiable experience and a robust book of business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.

- Prepare and present proposals, negotiations, and contract management.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach and visibility.

- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and performance metrics.


**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in business development within the logistics or transportation industry.

- Established book of business with proven success in securing and managing client accounts.

- Strong understanding of 3PL services and the logistics market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
