We are currently seeking a Temporary Staff Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations.
Job Description:
The Temporary Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing journal entries, data entry, and maintaining financial records using Sage Intacct and Bill.com. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and record journal entries accurately and timely.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all financial information is up-to-date and accurate.
Manage accounts payable and receivable using Sage Intacct and Bill.com.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain organized and detailed financial records.
Support the finance team with various accounting tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.
Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Bill.com is a must.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
