As Process Engineer, you will be tasked with

· Team Safety

o Oversee and implement safety processes/procedures

o Perhaps the most important of all responsibilities- candidates must be able to demonstrate leadership, initiative, lead and uphold all safety practices and procedures

· Quality

o Can’t be the best if the quality isn’t there Candidates must be able to evaluate and improve current quality practices and processes.

· Production and Cost Improvements

o Are you able to improve costs without compromising safety and quality? YES PLEASE

o Successful candidates will be able to identify areas for improvement and cutting costs.

o The Process Engineer will be able to observe production methods and make them more efficient and effect to save costs on labor, material, and general output time.

The Process Engineer will collaborate with various other teams to refine processes and help each team reach goals.
