Details

Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday

Setting: Office setting

Salary: 65-80k/year


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong organizational skills, keen ability to prioritize & multi-task.
  • Attention to detail is a MUST.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a Team setting.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Great people skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the onboarding process for employee spending
  • Managing Driver Licenses, Certifications Records, MVR, and Clearing House
  • Assembling Welcome Bags and distributing FR Clothing to new hires
  • Assisting with Truck and IRP registrations
  • Assisting with New Vehicle Onboarding
  • Ordering supplies and tracking requests
  • Running assigned errands for the CEO
  • Tracking iPads, computers, and adding new email addresses
  • Maintaining insurance for our driving company
  • Maintaining updated policies and communicating them to our insurance company


Compensation:

$65,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary.
