About the Position:
The Transportation Field Technician is the backbone of our business
In this role, you will:
- Prepare traffic intersection diagrams and perform the installation/removal of equipment that gathers vehicle counts and other traffic behavior data (e.g., video detection cameras, pneumatic road tubes).
- Conduct various traffic and parking lot studies.
Pay and Perks:
- Part-time position, $20.00/hour, paid biweekly
- Part-time sick pay
- Volunteer time off

- Company vehicle provided for travel to-and-from project sites
Skills and Abilities:
- Creative problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Navigational discernment
- Lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders up to 15 feet, and safely operate power tools
Requirements:
- Pass drug screening upon-hire
- Clean driving record
- Perform work with minimal oversight in the greater Portland area
- Work primarily in outdoor environments; some indoor/administrative work expected
- Travel - 10% (Some overnight stays will be required depending on specific project locations and durations. Quality Counts will provide flight and hotel accommodations and meal reimbursements).
