Skilled knowledge of IT Assets consolidation, assets age analysis.
Knowledge of Warranty and AMC process.
knowledge of Assets movement process.
Stock reconciliation.
WFH users assets management.
Knowledge of IT assets aging analysis and scarp process.
Knowledge of IT Assets evaluation like Desktop, Laptops etc.
Providing support to the inter location team.
Knowledge on Audit process.
People Management:
Managing team attrition /attendance
Provide coaching and assistance to the team regularly.
Track team performance on periodic basis
Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Qualification Diploma/Graduation
Experience 1 years on IT Assets /computer managements.
Key Success Factors:
Good communication skills
Self-driven, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude when working with pressure
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (internally and externally)
