Primary Services is currently looking for a highly analytical Recruiting and Writing Coordinator. This role will provide essential support to our recruiting and leadership team and will be responsible for crafting compelling job advertisements and creative sourcing strategies to drive candidate engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Write engaging job ads for referral and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to attract a large volume of highly qualified candidates.
  • Provide administrative support and data analytics to the leadership team
  • Provide writing and content support during the proposal process for new business
  • Develop and lead an insights-driven sourcing strategy that excels in research, sourcing, and talent mapping to attract top-tier talent for search campaigns.
  • Manage the organization, style, consistency, format, grammar, and tone of resume content.
  • Proofread, edit, and enhance resumes as needed to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Engage with recruiters and clients to understand role responsibilities and develop a go-to-market sourcing strategy, while gathering competitive intelligence for effective postings across digital recruiting platforms.
  • Monitor industry and local trends to build a comprehensive sustainable sourcing process that targets key audiences and leverages internal resources.
  • Communicate with account managers and cross-functional leadership to interpret client feedback, refine search tactics, and implement process improvements.
  • Partner with local key stakeholders to organize networking events and recruiting opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in fields such as Communications, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in communication, writing, or marketing to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in recruiting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to create pivot tables and graphs.
  • Demonstrated leadership, innovation, problem-solving, and networking abilities.
