Job Description

TRG Screen is experiencing rapid growth globally, as a result of recent backing from Vista Equity Partners, we are investing heavily in our employee resources to support our team members’ unique journeys as we continue to scale our company. In order to support this, we are searching for a Human Resources Learning and Development Manager who will drive the development and design of high-impact learning strategies to drive employee and business performance across our business. This is a new role that will be dedicated to help build on our culture of excellence and support our employees’ careers throughout their life cycle. You will have the opportunity to identify skill gaps, training requirements and emerging learning trends and build world class training programs that will directly impact our business results and the way we provide services to our clients. You will report directly to the CHRO, based in in New York (HQ) and work across our global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create and scale innovative learning and development solutions in partnership with subject matter experts across the enterprise. Example solutions may include eLearnings, videos, education sessions, resource documents, and webinars.
  • Develop and deploy best-in-class eLearning, webinars, live training sessions, team-building events, and workshops that engage learners and drive performance improvement.
  • Consult, influence and collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning needs, implement learning strategies, and when needed, challenge and push back to strengthen the impact of initiatives.
  • Rapidly incorporate feedback from key stakeholders into overall design, vision and output.
  • Drives the design, development, delivery and administration of various training and development programs.
  • Facilitates both in-person and virtual training to a global audience.
  • Tracks learning enrollment, participation, feedback, and outcomes using our surveying platform Quantum Workforce.
  • Analyzes and evaluates program metrics, ensuring training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Deploys diverse strategic communications and advertising of training programs to reach broad audiences across the organization.
  • Incorporate emerging trends in learning technologies and methodologies, including generative AI tool
  • Review and analyze job descriptions and career path models to identify areas of opportunity within performance development across the organization.
  • Leverage multiple modalities and the 70-20-10 golden learning source ratio to ensure our team members receive effective training and development that directly influences their career growth.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related (e.g. Technical Writing, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, Training and Development.)
  • 5+ years of L&D experience in tech or startup environment preferred
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful, customized learning and development programs for different departments/teams
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience building and scaling processes and systems at a fast-growing company
  • Experience working with e-learning platforms and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based collaborative partnerships across diverse populations and stakeholders.
  • Fluency with data processing and management, online development tools, and platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new technology/software.
  • Proactive and creative in identifying issues and new opportunities.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, coupled with adaptability and resourcefulness to overcome ambiguity and barriers.
