At Bridger Photonics, Inc. (Bridger) we create and deploy innovative LiDAR sensors and analytics to enable clean, safe, and streamlined oil & gas operations by providing actionable data for methane emissions reduction.


Overview of the Position

Bridger has established a strong competitive advantage with our Gas Mapping LiDAR technology and ability to serve the oil and gas industry. To support the growth of the business, we seek an organized and motivated Field & Events Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and work under the Marketing Lead. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing on the attendance of conferences and tradeshows as well as planning and developing marketing strategies surrounding the events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


  • Review and propose conference and event opportunities for Bridger Photonics.
  • Manage the entirety of the event process including planning, logistics, travel, and post-event review.
  • Oversee booth logistics, including material procurement, shipping arrangements, and setup/takedown logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Lead and VP of Sales to plan best-suited attendees from within the Bridger team.
  • Assist in follow up and management of leads.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the company’s presence, including speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and complimentary Bridger hosted events.
  • Plan and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns to promote conferences and events through ads, emails, and other avenues.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and organizers.
  • Monitor effectiveness of conferences and events, analyzing metrics such as lead generation, engagement levels, and return on investment.
  • Maintain a calendar of events and manage pre-event and post-event communications both internally and externally.
  • Attend conferences as needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required. Travel is approximately 25-30%.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Hubspot campaigns and Canva
  • Experience using project management software like Monday.com
  • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas market encouraged, but not required.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • This position is based at Bridger’s facility in Bozeman, MT and is not a remote work position.
