We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Colorado, helping to tackle an extensive backlog of heavy civil, site development, and utility projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the completion of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Assign and manage teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring all project specifications are met.
  • Manage budgets, project schedules, and critical path methods.
  • Address and resolve challenges proactively during project lifecycles.
  • Conduct periodic field inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
  • Approve and authorize all project-related transactions.
  • Maintain clear communication with senior leadership and upper management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with heavy civil construction projects, including highways, roads, and asphalt.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the heavy civil construction industry.
  • Strong skills in managing schedules, budgets, and project controls.
  • Estimating experience is a plus.
