Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. This is an on-site role, where you will oversee and coordinate various landscaping construction projects, including waterfalls, ponds, patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and more. The Project Manager will work closely with design teams, construction crews, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to address project goals, timelines, and progress updates.
  • Manage project budgets, procurement of materials, and allocation of resources.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record in construction or landscaping projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (knowledge of LMN Software is a plus).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to commute to job sites.
