Delta Dallas is currently partnering with an architectural design firm in Dallas in its search for a Front Office Coordinator / Corporate Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing white glove customer service, whether in a corporate, hospitality, or concierge-style setting.

The firm has an excellent environment based upon teamwork, open communication, and recognition for hard work. They regularly have off-site employee events to promote teamwork - these events have included bowling, laser tag and whirlyball.

This is an on-site role in north Dallas, with daily work hours of 7:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (with overtime paid).

Responsibilities:

  • Represents the organization in initial on-premise contact.
  • Provides routine information and direction to callers and visitors.
  • Receives and relays incoming calls and takes messages.
  • Receives and directs visitors, clients, and applicants to proper individual.
  • Coordinates meeting room reservations.
  • Receives and coordinates vendor information and presentations.
  • Arranges catering for meetings and presentations.
  • Assists with internal event planning.
  • Prepares FedEx, UPS, and courier shipments.
  • Prepare and clean conference rooms, shared office spaces and kitchen daily.


Requirements:

  • Above all, must have the ability to serve as a professional first impression of the firm to the public - in person, over the phone or in writing.
  • Must be punctual, reliable and responsible
  • Must be able to work with a team of other administrative support professionals
  • Must be neat and have a professional appearance. 
  • Must be able to communicate with clients and consultants in a professional manner both verbally and electronically. 
  • Must have a cheerful attitude, but keep socializing to a minimum. 
  • Must be flexible with hours; have ability to stay late or come in early as needed. 
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
