Our government client is looking for a SharePoint Developer to join their team.


Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Pay Rate: $55.00 - $65.00/hr on W2


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.


W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.


Responsibilities of the SharePoint Developer:

  • Design and develop custom SharePoint & Power platform solutions based on business requirements
  • Create and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts
  • Develop custom forms and templates using SharePoint Designer
  • Integrate SharePoint with other business applications, such as SSRS or other systems
  • Develop and implement SharePoint security and access controls
  • Monitor SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Verify that existing SharePoint Solutions are properly functioning based on the stakeholder expectations
  • Develop the QA deliverables including Testing approach, Test Cases and Test Plan
  • Provide updated and current technical and user documentation for SharePoint use and operation
  • Create and maintain the necessary documentations across SDLC


Requirements of the SharePoint Developer:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 9 of experience in Software design and development
  • At least 5 of the 9years of experience must include software project responsibility for the design, deployment, and maintenance of BI applications
  • Experience in requirement collection process from the Business Users and documenting the same and follow the approval process
  • Experience with SharePoint 2016 On-Prem Development and SharePoint Online Development
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Tools (Flow, Automate, Apps)
  • Experience with UX/UI design
  • Experience with Web Design technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript)
  • Expertise in Power Automate, Power Flow and Power Apps (Power Platform)
