ProRecruiters is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join a growing and dynamic team

Job Description:


  • Assist with the deep cleaning, caring for artwork and antiques, laundry and organization of personal items
  • Maintain a housekeeping schedule, detailing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal work to be performed
  • Perform cleaning with proficiency in special surfaces (wood, glass, leather, furniture, antiques, silver, brass, etc.) and exterior cleanup as requested, including sweeping and/or washing sidewalks
  • Possess an understanding of proper cleaning items and chemicals to use
  • Maintain residence for guest readiness at all times
  • Conduct laundry services, ironing and dry-cleaning management as needed
  • Procure household supplies, including grocery shopping and cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring proper level management; run errands and carry out special requests as needed
  • Maintain communication with the Operations Manager to communicate any concerns or issues within the home
  • Greet guests, set tables, and serve at events as needed
  • Ensure items are moved carefully to prevent any damage to corners, furniture, fixtures, or equipment while working on the property

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be hardworking, reliable and a team player to work with other staff
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Facilitate a calm environment for principals, their families, and guests
