Project Manager

We are working with a leading roofing and building envelope company, renowned for commitment to quality and innovation. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their waterproofing division.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of waterproofing projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize waterproofing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably in waterproofing or roofing.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
