Position Overview: Solventum Orthodontic Division is seeking a Sales Support Aligner Administrator for the USAC Oral Care team. This role focuses on customized orthodontic solutions, performing sales administrative tasks under supervision for an assigned region or territory via mail, telephone, or internet.

Job Summary: The Sales Support Administrator will independently manage sales administrative tasks, utilizing active listening and communication skills to understand internal and external customers in a consultative manner. The role involves planning and managing time and resources effectively while coordinating internal and external resources to provide optimal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into corporate databases (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analyze multi-system reports.
  • Determine appropriate actions based on customer type, need, and sales cycle stage.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to expedite customer needs.
  • Collect and send customer-facing marketing materials.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong skills in influence, analytical ability, written and verbal communication, active listening, planning, administration, and multitasking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
  • Bilingual language skills are desired.
