We are seeking a versatile Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team. As a Technical Account Managers (TAM) in Hydrolix, you will play a crucial role in fostering our customers’ innovation. This is not a sales role, instead, it offers you the opportunity to serve as the primary technical advisor and ‘voice of the customer’ for our top customers. You will bring your technical expertise to a diverse customer environment, supporting pre-sales, professional services and customer success engagements.


Within the Service Delivery team, TAMs contribute significantly to ensuring the success of key enterprise customers in delivery services on the Hydrolix platform. Serving as a strategic expert, TAMs offer guidance on the entire journey of Hydrolix services. This support extends to addressing strategy-related queries, aiding in project and launch planning, and resolving operational challenges. TAMs actively engage at the account level, providing recommendations and proactive advice throughout the entire adoption and expansion life cycle.


Your day-day will be working with our top customers to help them leverage the Hydrolix data platform across a variety of cloud environments. You’ll partner with customers and partners, become a trusted advisor to our users, help them realize their data aspirations, and improve their time-to-value. Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:

- Act as a single point of contact to Enterprise customers

- Make recommendations on how new Hydrolix offerings fit in the company strategy and architecture


Key Responsibilities


  • Client facing Technical Account Management.
  • Lead and deliver customer projects, ensuring successful deployments, integrations, and configurations to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, data management challenges, and specific requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance, support and best practices to customers on utilizing Hydrolix to achieve their data management and analytics goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients, covering dashboarding, API interfaces, data ingestion and transformation, using Hydrolix and other 3rd party tools, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to the development of product documentation, customer feedback, technical guides, and training materials and blogs to support customer onboarding.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Or equivalent and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 5 Years proven experience as a Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect or Technical Presales role.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with database management systems, data platforms or database software including SQL.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).


Bonus Points

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Spark, Databricks, Splunk, Grafana, Python
  • An understanding of CDN technologies.
